2015 brought us Vivid Vague, a new 4 piece indie-noir/grunge-rock band from Devon. Fronted by the voice of Michelle Dilling, Guitars from Nathan Gregory, Adam Nickels on Bass and Simon Hodgkiss on Drums. Influences include Amy Winehouse, Muse, Royal Blood & Daughter to name a few. They have drawn comparisons from anywhere between Siouxsie and the Banshees to Lana Del Rey.
The band's first summer of festivals led to them working with top producer John Cornfield (Muse, Supergrass, Stone Roses, Robert Plant) at the legendary Sawmills Studios in Cornwall on their debut recordings. Favourites with Camden's prestigious Dublin Castle music venue, local radio stations backing them all the way, a growing fan base and a trail of festivals awaiting them, be sure not to miss out on seeing these guys live soon.
Their debut singles will be released through iTunes on Halloween and Bonfire Night 2015. Listen To Vivid Vague - 'Weep' here: https://youtu.be/_Hpj8wIf1XQ
Since their debut single 'Runaway' in 2013, Glass Giants have received continual support from the likes of BBC Radio Wales, Amazing Radio, Kerrang Radio & TV, Punktastic and SubTV. Over the past couple of years Glass Giants have built a loyal and dedicated live following, gracing the stages of some of the most iconic venues around the country as well as playing Wales' prestigious Swn festival alongside Chloe Howl, Wolf Alice and Everything Everything.
'It's In Your Eyes' is a slice of sophisticated urban soul featuring iconic Moss Side singer Diane Charlemagne (Moby, Urban Cookie Collective, Goldie) and Simon Wolstencroft, long term member of The Fall and Ian Brown's drummer.
On hearing the demo of the track, Andy Rourke, iconic bass player and member of The Smiths joined the collective to lay down some of his signature bass lines, underpinning the infectious melody. Strings come courtesy of ex-Elbow and I Am Kloot's Jote Osahn, making this a real Mancunian tour de force.
The track was produced by Mike Bennett (The Fall, Ian Brown, The Specials and Kim Fowley), arranged and engineered by Pete Booker (The Kinks, Justin Timberlake and East 17) and has been remixed by Youth who has produced a powerful Drum and Bass version of the track.

Tears in Rain took their name from that climactic scene in Blade Runner Based in Barcelona, their music could be defined as a fusion of the spirit of sixties and seventies black Soul with the more metallic sounds of Prog and Desert rock. Throwing in further strokes of a more open jazz style, this blend of sounds gives them a distinct and identifiable personality. Their music is a testament to the group’s artistic compromise in the complex world of today, offering insights into the human condition, based on the ambiguities of their personal experience.
Youth Club are back with their INCREDIBLE new single, Pressure, making sure you keep their summer spirit as we get closer to winter.
The perfect follow up single to the success ofBreathe and People, so far Pressure has received nothing but praise following the Clash premier of the track.
