Info -
V I C T O R I A have just come off the road supporting chart-topping Newton Faulkner on his UK tour, which included two sold-out shows at Oslo in Hackney, London. This support tour was an exciting end to a successful year for the band, they released their first single ‘Into The Wild’ in February, followed by ‘Summertime’ in August which received airplay on BBC Introducing as well as being broadcast on Channel 4’s Made In Chelsea. They celebrated the release of ‘Summertime’ with a packed out show at Camden Barfly in August.
To give fans - old and new - a teaser of what is to come in 2016 the band shared the official video for ‘The Edge’, their next single (produced by the award winning Jason Perry) which will be released at the end of January. Victoria also announced their own headline UK tour for February 2016, including shows in London, Cambridge, Liverpool and Birmingham.
V I C T O R I A are Alex Thomas (guitar), Charlie Martin (keys), Chris Moore (drums), Harry Johnson (bass) and Joe Housley (vocals), five young guys who live in London and eat, sleep and breathe music - all masters of their craft - skilled players, songwriters and composers. Refreshingly, the band make unashamed pop-rock - infectious, feel-good anthems - from their North London house share.
Without a doubt V I C T O R I A are one to watch for 2016.
