'Broke Away' is the title of the debut EP by Sarah Yeo, produced by Richard 'Digby' Smith (credits include Bob Marley, Led Zeppelin, Reef) at The Music Mill in Devon.

 

Consisting of 5 self-penned songs, the record highlights Sarah's flawless, heartfelt voice and effortlessly-singable melodies. From the emotive 'Fall 4 U' to the infectious and uplifting Americana of debut single 'Roadie', the honesty and warmth of this EP suggests a bright future for a unique songwriter with lots of mainstream appeal.

 

About to embark on a promotional UK tour (dates are being finalised), Sarah will be bringing her songs direct to the public. The gigs promise to be up close and personal – the perfect way to connect with this material.

 

With a full studio album and US tour in the pipeline, complete with full live band, now is the perfect time to catch her flying solo with just her acoustic guitar and voice to showcase her diverse and engaging repertoire.

 

Broke Away was officially released on Music Mill Records on 1st June 2014.
