Berlin-born, Derbyshire-raised Tom Bright is set to release his debut Double A-Side Single 'Skint Love/Local Bike’
Tom has performed on stage with Glen Matlock (Sex Pistols), and counts British music icons Mick Jones (The Clash) and Johnny Marr (The Smiths) amongst his fans. His distinct, definitive voice soars through in his catchy-as-a-cold, punchy songs, best described as 'grit-pop'. Tom will be celebrating the launch of 'Skint Love/Local Bike' with a release show at Rough Trade West, Portobello Road on 2nd May 2015, just before heading out to Venice to play the opening of Mick Jones’ ‘Rock and Roll Public Library’ Exhibition at La Biennale di Venezia.
He just returned home from his first European Tour, and in February this year, he played an exclusive show for Dr Martens to launch their Spring/Summer Collection. He also recorded a BBC Introducing Session with Dean Jackson on The Beat in March.

Liverpool-born Colin Vearncombe is probably best known for his legendary hits ‘Wonderful Life’ and ‘Sweetest Smile’, but Black (Colin’s musical nom de plume) has released more than 10 studio albums as well as several live albums in the past 25 years.
Now he’s back with ‘Blind Faith’, his first album of new material in over 6 years. The album is co-written with long-time musical sparring partner Calum MacColl (son of Peggy Seeger and Ewan MacColl and brother of Kirsty), and produced by the legendary Calum Malcolm (The Blue Nile, Prefab Sprout). Colin explains: “Calum Malcolm has produced some of my all-time favourite artists and I’m immensely flattered that he’s working with us on the new album. He’s also a great personality to have in the studio.”
Intensely emotional songs, richly arranged and recorded with a superb band of A-list musicians, are delivered in Colin’s trademark rich smoky vocals.
