Norwegian pop singer Line Mari releases catchy and crisp single ‘Crush’
"Line Mari’s voice is just indescribably amazing’ -  Elza Böröndy, Utropia
Hailing from Norway, fresh pop singer Line Mari releases this rock-infused pop song set to appear on her upcoming album.
Featuring some gorgeous vocals and crisp production, ‘Crush’ was recorded with the help of producer Rob Cass who has worked with the likes of Robbie Williams, Will Young and Paloma Faith.

Having played guitar and piano since the age of 10, Line has long had a passion for music, her mother often telling her she could feel her dancing in the womb. She started writing her own songs and performing to people as a late teenager, although she was very shy at first. However, this shyness also helped to fuel her songwriting, making her lyrics more personal and introspective.
Releasing her debut EP Fly High Fly Low in 2014, Line has already gained some recognition in Norway, her EP receiving acclaim from critics including a top score of 6 from Utropia. Her single ‘Why do I Cry’ was even played on national radio.
A highly versatile musician, Line not only sings and writes her own music, she also plays a number of instruments include guitar, piano and harmonica (she is currently also learning to play the fiddle). She has a keen interest in vintage music and vintage guitars and owns several custom made guitars and her own custom-made pedal-board.
Line was born in Tromsø, also living for some time in Svalbard, one of the most Northerly inhabited places in the world. As a child, she grew up regularly witnessing the beauty of the Northern Lights, as well as once having a close encounter with a polar bear whilst at Kindergarten.
Having already played a gig in Bedford and recorded in London, the singer is now looking to spread word of her talents to the UK.

August 12 sees the release of “Stand Down”, the new single from Morrissey and Marshall.

"We felt this would be the perfect follow up to 'Cold November Sunrise' - it is a step in a direction that feels very exciting to us. We're growing as writers, The (Morrissey and Marshall) band are growing in numbers and we're loving it right now."

"Lyrically, the song is inspired by those poor unfortunates (usually politicians) who tend to stop at nothing when striving for success... They will lie, mislead, instill fear and do whatever it takes to get the people on side, without any true regard for the people. This song sparks the idea that there will eventually come a time when we'll come together, rise above them and use truth and honesty to start fixing all of the things that need to be fixed."
Morrissey and Marshall, both as a do and with full band are performing a series of concerts throughout the summer including several festivals.

As well as full band, Morrissey & Marshall perform as a harmony duo and have toured with The Magic Numbers, Sinead O'Connor, Paul Heaton & Jacqui Abbott and Damien Dempsey to name a few.

"People are drawn to their song-writing, the clever melodies and in particular the sound of their voices singing in unison – simply beautiful." - Louder Than War

"It almost seems impossible that two voices can compliment one another in such a relaxed and seemingly accidental way, quite frankly, they’re built on sounding perfect." - It Sounded Sweet

"Morrissey and Marshall are fantastically engaging and have a remarkably large sound for only two people" - Supajam

New York rockers THE SO SO GLOS return to the UK airwaves with new single 'DANCING INDUSTRY' on the 22nd July via Votiv / Caroline International, followed by their new album 'KAMIKAZE' in September!

Paint The Sky’, the follow up to the Q Magazine ‘Track Of The Week’ debut release ‘Flood’, was self-produced and recorded over the last few months in his own studio and will be available digitally via all the main outlets

Bittersweet pop that’s both cutting and metaphorical, the new track veers slightly from the catchy electro feel of his first release, but the diversity shown here is special and further whets the appetite for the eagerly awaited I AM KODE debut album which is due later this year.
‘Paint The Sky’ is accompanied by a highly engaging video directed by Hong Kong born film producer Ka Ki Wong. The director made her name in recent years participating in controversial activist protests in Hong Kong as a documentary video/photographer.  In a slight departure from her typical assignments, Ka Ki sets this unusual story within I AM KODE’s hometown of Hampton Wick. Again, the music producer offers us something strikingly different to your standard run-of-the-mill style pop music video.

The multi-talented, I AM KODE has been developing his electronic tinged sound over the last couple of years in his South West London home studio. His musical influences range from the likes of Jack Garratt to Sia and Madeon, but is also inspired by the way that producers such as Mark Ronson and Moby approach their craft. Taking the DIY approach, he prefers to do everything from recording lead and backing vocals, string and orchestral arrangements, synths, pianos, programming in drums and bass lines; completely on his own.
