Info

Julia Grayling who is based in Arizona. USA.

Coming from a musical family where her father was guitarist and songwriter with 70's band Heartsfield, at the age of 13 Julia Grayling was following in his footsteps as a prolific songwriter and performer.
Having won the Best Song Of The Month for Songwriter Universe in October 2014, and supporting the likes of Kansas, not to mention a number of radio stations playing her material, Julia Grayling caught the attention of producer James Sanger who has worked with the likes of Keane and Dido to name but a few.
Currently recording her new album at his studio in France, Julia Grayling has now released her first single from it titled Shallow Heart.
Described as being an infectious artist with an edgy touch, you can find more information on Julia Grayling by visiting her website www.juliagrayling.com or you can follow her on Facebook and Twitter at www.facebook.com/juliagraylingmusic and www.twitter.com/julia_Grayling

Twinnie has a really strong history in music and acting with connections to the likes of The Shires, and a number of acclaimed songwriters who have worked with the likes of Jason Mraz and James Bay. She also has done backing vocals for the likes of Pharrell Williams and has her own publishing deal with Universal. She also recently appeared as Porsche McQueen in Hollyoaks and in West End musicals Rock of Ages and Chicago. Despite all this her heart has always been in country music and with her new single she is unifying her pop associations with her country roots.

Color Out is a rock solo project from Dave Hedrick hailing from Chicago.

Heavily influenced by early 2000's rock, Color Out looks to expand on what made those bands so successful while still creating its own unique sound. With screams and falsettos over distorted and acoustic guitars, Color Out writes emotional music with lyrics to match.

Matheson Kamin from RockandRollReport.com gave the EP a Five-Star rating and writes, "When listening to the self-titled release from Color Out, one thing becomes apparent - Dave Hedrick is a very strong musician and it shows as every musical part within the songs are played with skill”.

Bio:
Taking its name from The Temptations' song “Law of the Land”, The Almighty Man Band is the musical moniker and stage name of Cardiff musician and singer/songwriter Richard Davies.

Supported by a collection of assorted musicians his music and sound draws on influences ranging from Buffalo Springfield/Neil Young through to Led Zeppelin and Bruce Springsteen. The Debut Album “Close Enough to Touch” is produced by Charlie Francis and features notable performances from James Walbourne (The Rails) and Jack Eggleston (Future of the Left) and evokes memories of lost summer nights, heartbreak and road trips.

A meeting with producer Charlie Francis in late 2011 ushered in a new phase in conceptual and material development of The Almighty Man Band’s life. The debut album “Close Enough to Touch” features contributions from various musicians whose talent and influence bring an authenticity and familiarity to the band’s feel and sound.

The first album “Close Enough to Touch” was released in 2015 and evokes memories of lost summer nights, heartbreak and road-trips.

The track ‘Turn Out The Lights’ is from the aforementioned album.

Slam Cartel:
Gary Moffat (vocals),
Terence Warville (guitar/vocals),
JC (guitar/vocals),
Marc Neudeck (bass guitar/vocals),
Steve Campkin (drums).

Described by ex-Cult guitarist and current Billy Idol guitarist, Billy Morrison, as having “melodies the size of Texas, hooks that could catch a Great White”,  Slam Cartel started as an idea in Terence Warville’s mind and, on a boat in the sun with nothing more than a guitar and a tape recorder, the seeds were sown for the thirteen killer tracks on critically acclaimed debut album “Handful of Dreams”.

As the band stormed stages at the Scala, Sonisphere, Hammerfest and Hard Rock Hell, the singles were snapped up one after another by Planet Rock, TBFM and countless independent radio stations around the world.

2014 saw a line up change, with Gary Moffatt taking over vocal duties and Damo Fawcett filling the Lead Guitar role. With this new, stronger line up the live show reached new heights, and saw the release of the AA side single Vanishing Worlds/Hypnotised.

2015 took Slam Cartel even higher, with their super ballad ‘Storm Seasoned’ being released and being played repeatedly on over 200 radio stations worldwide.

In April this year the band undertook a UK tour during which they introduced fans to their new guitarist JC.

Slam Cartel’s highly anticipated new single ‘WorldStarLove’ will not disappoint.  They say "it was written to sing along to and recorded to groove with”…. a perfect song for a Summer worldwide release.

The official release date is 17th June when it will be available on all digital platforms around the globe.

Bio:
Michael Bush is a singer songwriter from South Wales, armed with a guitar and a collection of melodic songs, written with people in mind.

He was influenced at a very young age by Britpop in the mid 90s, with bands such as Oasis and Blur capturing his imagination. It was their influence that made him pick up a guitar at the age of 14 and learn to play.  He then started songwriting a couple of years later, but lacking confidence didn’t start performing until many years later in his mid 20s.

Michael’s singing/songwriting, and his guitar playing especially, has been heavily influenced by the likes of Neil Young, John Lennon and Bob Dylan.

He wants to keep writing songs and making music and considers it a bonus if people get to hear and like what he does.

The Breaking Pattern

The band cite emo and pop-punk acts such as Real Friends, The Wonder Years, Man Overboard and The Hotelier as influences. Fellow Arizona indie rockers Lydia have offered the band much support, their guitarist Justin Camacho even co-writing songs with the band in the past.

The album lyrically tackles the hurdles of a failing relationship. The band’s frontman explains: ‘The album is somewhat of a break-up album, chronicling the various stages of a doomed relationship from the moments leading up to the split until the resolution and recovery. I say “somewhat” because it is not a concept album. The songs do not tell one specific story, but are a compilation of personal experience and the stories I’ve witnessed from friends who had their own hearts disintegrated into red dust.’

Producer Cory Spotts engineers the record, having worked with other esteemed Arizona acts including The Maine, The Summer Set, BlessTheFall and Job for a Cowboy.

Within the first few months of their formation, the band opened for celebrated acts such as Emarosa, This Century, Weatherbox and The Rocket Summer. They have since sold out multiple shows.

Vocalist Derek Hackman previously fronted a band called Ezer. Having long had a passion for music, he began writing songs aged 11. Moving house frequently as a child, Derek dealt with long periods of social isolation that fuelled his songwriting. The first time he ever sang live was at his high school graduation – in front of 6000 people. He was so nervous he vomited in the bathroom only minutes prior to going up on stage.

Derek is also a published poet and has a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology.

Making up the band’s other members include drummer Brandon (who also handles a lot of the photography), guitarist Nick (who happens to also be an award-winning coffee roaster) and bassist Jacob (who is Columbian and fluent in Spanish).

There Are Roadmaps In Our Veins is out April 8th.

Essex-based singer-songwriter Tom Ryder has unveiled Desk Job, the new single lifted from his recent Strings Attached EP. The energetic three minute track offers a tongue-in-cheek exploration of the daily 9 to 5 grind alongside infectious folk-pop melodies & soaring vocals.

A musician since his teenage years, Tom has enjoyed a stellar start to his career as a solo artist. Influenced by classic singer-songwriter staples John Martyn, Damien Rice & Tracy Chapman, his songs have been quick to make an impression with influential media tastemakers. BBC Introducing in Cambridge, BBC Essex and BBC Three Counties Radio have playlisted Tom’s songs and invited him in for live sessions, and the EP title track Strings Attached has already been heard on the airwaves of 39 BBC regional stations as Track Of The Week on the Mark Forrest Show. Last year’s beautiful charity single Silence Breaking Through Sound not only showcased heartfelt, emotive songwriting and raised over £9000 for Macmillan Cancer Support, but also gained celebrity praise & approval from Chris Evans and Rod Stewart when they watched a live performance of the song. Despite the life experience as a part-time journalist he brings to the wry lyrics of Desk Job, it’s surely only a matter of time before Tom Ryder is known for a very different full-time profession as a talented singer-songwriter.

Tom will be playing shows & festivals in support of the EP this summer. For more info, head tohttp://www.tomaryder.com.
