Reiter who are based in California, USA.

In an area with more bands per square foot than perhaps anywhere else in America, Reiter has rapidly become one of the most popular original artists on the Southern California music scene.

Taking their name from vocalist/guitarist/keyboard player Jerry’s surname, Reiter’s unique sound is a culmination of all the band members’ different influences ranging from the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s.
Since their formation over a decade ago, the band have paid their dues on the club circuit and gone on to support the likes of Alice Cooper, Great White, UFO and Y&T to name just a small few.  Reiter have also had success in writing songs for movies and TV shows, where they had a song featured on HBO series True Blood.

The band have most recently released their 3rd studio album titled Rider Rides Tonight and you can find further information on this along with gig dates on their website www.reiterrocks.com

Suburban Myth are proud to announce the release of “Crashed and Burned”, the second single taken from the band’s debut Album ‘Welcome (If Only)’. The band is in the ascendance following the release of their first single (the album title track). This single delivers a fresh dissonant rock sound with a big melodic chorus that brings out the best in the vocals of Derek Daisey. Suburban Myth will release ‘Crashed and Burned’ on 31st October.

“Suburban Myth “offers a melodic rock sound blended with lyrics that have meaning and depth and this second single is destined to be one of the bands anthems during their live performances.

“Crashed and Burned“ was written spontaneously and recorded after the band saw “Muse” live in concert at Madison Square Garden   Derek’s  composition and arrangement came naturally and seamlessly to Phil’s lyrics and with the live show in mind , wanted to introduce a conflict and an edge to the developing sound of Suburban Myth . When you listen to Crashed and Burned you will hear that Derek, Nicholas and Nick have succeeded in doing exactly that.

Since recently supporting “Dylan Taylor” and “Anyone’s Guess” at The Windjammer, the band is going from strength to strength. Suburban Myth are quickly establishing themselves in their own right and with their own style of rock music and have recently received radio play on a host of stations across the UK , including BBC Introducing and Amazing Radio . “Suburban Myth” are

Derek Daisey – Lead Guitar & Vocals

Nicholas OKelley – Bass Guitar & Vocals

Nick Lomma – Percussion

The new single from KAV - "Free Spirit" released October 20th.

It's featured on the new album "The Man with No Shadow" which was released at the end of August 2014 via Wild Echo Records.

The Man With No Shadow has been picking up significant radio airplay all over America, debuting at #20 in the top 200 CMJ most added chart with 25 adds this past week.

“KAV is one of those one in a million artists that just exudes talent… Imagine if Bob Dylan was young in modern times and he had an addiction to sleaze and you’d be half way to understanding KAV’s sound. Simple, perfectly executed sleazy rock & hidden depths. Sick” Alex Baker – Kerrang! Radio

KAV is a Rock n’ Roll solo artist based in LA from Leicester, UK and a former Happy Mondays guitarist. His music has been compared to everyone from Iggy & The Stooges, BRMC, Primal Scream, The Rolling Stones & Bob Dylan by British and US press.

After several years recording between LA and London, KAV releases The Man With No Shadow, a bold full-length album, full of anthemic uplifting singles & dirty, fuzzy, bass-driven Rock n’ Roll.

He recently signed to new LA indie label Wild Echo Records and the first single from his album ‘Dance in A Panic’ was used in a video teaser for movie 'Decoding Annie Parker' featuring Breaking Bad’s Aaron Paul dancing to the track.

KAV's first ever band A.K.A Weave signed a deal with ex-Oasis bassist Guigsy who had started a new label. After the split of the band

KAV went on co-found Getloaded Rock n’ Roll club-nights at Turnmills London. The events were hosted by Shaun Ryder & featured musical legends Peter Hook (New Order/Joy Division,) Mani (Stone Roses, Primal Scream,) Tony Wilson (Factory Records, 24 Hour Party People), Andy Rourke & Mike Joyce (The Smiths), Clint Boon (Inspiral Carpets) & several DJ's from Radio 1 & XFM. The success of the nights saw the brand become ‘Get Loaded in The Park’ Festival – a 20,000 capacity festival on Clapham Common running for 7 years.

For his first ever festival KAV helped reform Manchester legends Happy Mondays as the headliner, working closely with front man Shaun Ryder. He joined the Happy Mondays on guitar & went on to play & co-write with the band for 3 years until 2007, touring the world and playing festivals from Coachella, Fuji Rock, V Festival & many more.

Since launching his solo project in 2008, KAV has supported UK band Kasabian at their Brixton Academy show, Headlined Club NME at KOKO, played the Olympics in Hyde Park London, toured the West Coast of the US with Norweigan band Datarock & played SXSW and CMJ festivals in the US.

In 2010 KAV wrote and released a track for Welsh author and friend Howard Marks (AKA Mr Nice) as part of the Mr Nice EP which was released around Howards biopic movie ‘Mr Nice’ (starring Rhys Iffans & Chloe Sevigny.)

KAV spent most of 2013 developing and producing music for fashion icon Zombie Boy – the face of L’Oreal Dermablend, Jay Z’s clothing line Rocawear, who also featured in Lady Gaga’s ‘Born this Way’ video.

KAV will be touring the US & Europe this autumn and the UK in February 2015.

"A Rollercoaster of Emotions & Pure Electricity courses through KAV’s The Man With No Shadow, making this possibly one of the Strongest Album Releases of 2014. With Future Anthems and Beauty blooming from every track; it won’t be long until KAV has the world in the palm of his hand. Watch this space, The Man With No Shadow is coming." (Gigslutz)

"The album’s Scuzzy Fuzz-Bombs find the sonic midpoint between Black Rebel Motorcycle Club and Kasabian, so this is not your-nephew-from-Echo-Park’s garage rock. Instead, it’s the world as viewed through the smudged lens of somebody who’s kicked up years of dust." Buzz Bands LA.

Following a Radio 2 A-listing for their first single “Red Cassette” and the release of their critically acclaimed third album “Cheap Hotel”Mamas Gun are set to release their new single “Hello, Goodnight” on October 20th.

This is a new track from Rupert Stroud's new "Way Back Home" e.p. which is released on September 29th 2014.

Biography:

Displaying strong-hearted, beat driven acoustic rock, inspired tracks. Rupert Stroud possesses fantastic vocal ability.

Having been compared to Richard Ashcroft, Jim Morrison and Nick Cave with a hint of Elbow, Stroud has attracted attention from BBC Introducing / BBC 6Music (Tom Robinson) + BBC Radio 2 (Dermot O’Leary show), XFM Radio, BFBS and Radio 2.

Rupert’s working with eminent British producer Will Jackson (The Kaiser Chiefs, Embrace, The Cribs). It was his work with Will that produced Rupert’s second album “Chasing The Night”.

This was a breakthrough project for Rupert and saw him dubbed as one of Yorkshire's hottest young artists.

“Chasing The Night” took the internet by storm receiving rave reviews with online press and magazines.

This track from the e.p. has been very well received already on the BBC:

"Morning Light- A wonderful track and when we heard it we said - we have to play this on the show!" - Tom Robinson BBC 6Music/BBC Introducing

"“Morning Light is a great song from new lad from Yorkshire, Rupert Stroud!” - Dermot O’Leary BBC Radio 2

The plaudits kept coming and they soon saw Rupert performing with his band on the festival circuit sharing the stage with artists such as James Blunt (opening the show in June at Dalby Forest N. Yorkshire) George Ezra, The Hoosiers, ASH, Catfish and The Bottlemen, Ocean Colour Scene, Chris Helme (Seahorses) and Benjamin Francis Leftwich.

Rupert’s career has gone from strength to strength and his most recent releases “Never Back Down” and “Morning Light” have caught the ears of national radio, receiving radio play and plaudits from the likes of BBC Radio 2's Dermot O'Leary, Whispering Bob Harris, BBC introducing and 6 Music's Tom Robinson, XFM and BFBS Radio.

This led to Rupert and the band being invited by BBC Radio London for a live session and interview. Also following the addition of “Morning Light” to the A Playlist at BFBS Radio, Rupert was invited down to BFBS Radio studios for a special feature interview and session.

His music video for “Never Back Down” won “People’s Choice Award 2013” at The 27th Leeds International Film Festival.

As a “Champion Spokesperson” for Alzheimer’s Research UK, a cause close to his heart, Rupert has raised over £6000 to date through various campaigns and events including his charity single “Always”. The single was written in memory of his grandmother who suffered with Alzheimer’s.

As a media spokesperson for the charity, Rupert was recently interviewed by The Guardian newspaper talking about the tragedy of the illness and why he became involved. Rupert was also interviewed on Al Jazeera International News programme “Inside Story”, where the video for his charity single “Always” was broadcast.
