unmistakable slogans, Brummy favourite, C4, announces a brand new E.P, ‘C4RAGE’, by dropping first track ‘Go Back’ featuring JME.

As expected, the energy levels are high and the vibes are contagious as the old skool Garage elements whip around the 2-step beat, mixed with the Tetris sounding synths. C4 comes in on a wavy melodic tip before switching things up to a bouncy, fast paced flow as the first verse drops, showing his emcee talents. The ‘hook’ bears all meaning of the word as this belter has your head bopping along to the adjacent high and low notes as C4 switches it up again to remind us of his singing capabilities too. Make way for JME on verse 2 as things take a turn to the Grimier side before things ‘Go Back’ to C4 for the bouncing finale.

Emerging in the UK scene with his single “Off Track”, C4 has keyed a niche for himself thanks to his distinctive sounds, ad-libs and slogans. UK legends, BBK and Artful (Dodger) have remixed his work and “Crazy Song” and “Night Is Young” both attracted the attention of major platforms including playlist support at BBC 1Xtra. The singer/emcee also has a close ally in the shape of older brother, DJ/Producer Preditah, with whom he often makes music and performs alongside.

As an exceptional example of UK talent, the perfect home for the release of ‘C4RAGE’ has been found in the newly launched AKA Recordings, sister label to Channel AKA and the key TV platform for UK urban music and independent talent, it’s a match made in heaven, and judging by ‘C4RAGE’ then we’re sure you’ll be hearing a lot more from AKA Recordings and a lot more from C4!

Return to the Sun -Velvet Sky

The new e.p. is called ElevenFiftySeven and is released in December. They’ve got gigs coming up

All The Kings Men were formed 12 months ago by Matthew Holland, Tino Caine and Ben Robinson. Growing up together against the backdrop of Manchester's vibrant and world renowned music scene they were quickly inspired to start making music spending time honing their skills by playing in various local bands. Matthew left for California, returning a year later with a lyric book and his Les Paul. Joining forces with Tino on bass and Ben on drums they recruited fellow musicians on the Manchester circuit to help them lay tracks and fine tune their sound.

With influences including Led Zeppelin, The Beatles and The Doors coupled with their unmistakable Manchester attitude, this is a band that stands out from its contemporaries. The trios live performances show they're a force to be reckoned with and, prolific songwriters, they have a catalogue of killer songs that just keeps growing.

Hailing from Wigan in the North West of England, Deepshade are quickly
making new friends with their formidable grungy alternative-rock sound that
takes from the fundamental elements of Nirvana, Queens Of The Stone Age, and
Alice In Chains, as well as incorporating The Doors and even Beck. The UK
noise beasts are poised to nationally release their debut album ‘Everything
Popular is Wrong’, which is out Friday 25th September through all stores.
Formed in late 2013 by David Rybka (vocals/guitar), Tom Doherty (bass) and
Paul Barlow (drums), the eclectic trio aspire to create a genuinely sonic
experience that delivers something fresh to the British music scene. With an
established loyal following throughout the North, cultivated by a flurry of
explosive live shows, Deepshade have also gained airplay support from BBC
Introducing and a plethora of alternative radio stations within the UK, EU
and USA. In spite of being together for just short of eighteen months, the
threesome have also been recognised by the broadsheet publication “The
Guardian” as one of the ‘Hot Top Ten Unsigned British Bands To Check Out’.
The off-kilter rockers have recently signed to UK label/management ‘Ambicon
Music Group’ and earlier this year they released a free debut download
single ‘Tattoo’, which garnered accolades from Krank TV and rock media
worldwide.
Deepshade now stride forward with their debut album “Everything Popular is
Wrong”, recorded with producer John Kettle (Merry Hell, Moko, Tansads) and
mastered by Fran Ashcroft (Spin Jupiter Spin, Gorillaz). The record is a
call to arms for anyone who is absorbed by gritty rock akin to Kyuss and Led
Zeppelin. Boasting ten colossal tracks, the album has some stellar
highlights, from the opening snaring riff attack of ‘Time’, to the
Nirvana/QOTSA-esque guile of ‘Lowlights’, through to the infectious angular
assault of ‘Sad Sun’. With festival appearances and tours in the works,
Deepshade are ready to take over

Jimmy & the Revolvers are one of the UK's most exciting emerging bands. When they're not gigging up and down the country making new friends and fans wherever they go, they're running a monthly club night in their home city of Liverpool as well as finding the time to champion up and coming talent on the scene.

Formed in early 2013, Jimmy & The Revolvers are Jay Rehm on Vocals & Acoustic Guitar, Jordan Wright on Vocals & Bass, Jimmy Moon on Electric Guitar and Ash Michael on Drums. Their debut AA side Aimees Song/Frosty released in June 2013 became a favourite talking point for the citys music bloggers and DJs who were drawn to the band's infectious melodies and harmonies.

More glowing reviews followed the release of their four track EP Sunday Morning on New Years Eve 2013, which gained airplay across the UK and was chosen as one of BBC 6 Musics Tom Robinsons Fresh Faves on his Fresh on the Net website in February 2014. Support slots with Ian Skelly (former The Coral), a brilliant performance at Liverpool Sound City 2014 and international airplay for their last single 'Whistle For My Love' added to the buzz around the band and led to them signing with Ugly Man Records, the label responsible for launching Elbow and I Am Kloot.

New Single 'The Morning Paper' boasts the infectious melodies, stunning harmonies and huge production we've come to expect from Jimmy & The Revolvers. The single was produced by Carlo Variola of Ocean Waves Productions and is included in Variola's 'Ocean Waves' album, a compilation of Liverpool bands.
