Paul Menel & The Essentials release ‘Hey Did You Hear About Paul’ in early 2017.

Produced by the legendary producer, Gav Monaghan (Robert Plant, The Sherlocks, The Twang,) it is another toe-tapping catchy song with a driving Africanesque back beat overlaid with Menel’s trademark poignant lyrics and vocal delivery.

Taken from the forthcoming album ‘Spare Parts For Broken Hearts’, you can hear the track at :

Singer, Songwriter, Guitarist and Dancer Chromatone returns with bright and infectious new single “Fever”.

Co-written with Joseph Washbourn of chart-topping Rock band Toploader, best known for their breakthrough hit “Dancing in the Moonlight” and produced with SOS Music, whose credits boast the likes of Wretch 32, Conor Maynard and Alexandra Burke, Chromatone delivers a powerful and hooky Funk & Soul anthem, much in the vein of recent Bruno Mars and Justin Timberlake material.

Remixes by Beatnik and E.N.V. introduce the song to Garage, Jungle and House, with a live arrangement showcasing the musicianship fans expect at Chromatone gigs, which have taken him to some of London’s most prestigious stages, such as Jazz Café, Ronnie Scott’s and Scala.

With his previous EP “Touchdown” earning radio support across Europe and the UK and his YouTube releases garnering over 2,000,000 views to date, Chromatone is set for an exciting 2017 and beyond.

Creating a sound that captures your attention from the first listen, VEI’s striking work contains all the ingredients required to achieve mature pop bliss.

VEI is an artist as diverse in her capabilities as she is true to her distinctive pop sound. VEI is an artist as diverse in her capabilities as she is true to her distinctive pop sound. Formulating music that resonates, VEI merges the bold creativity of Bjork with the joyous pop frivolity of artists like Lenka, Lily Allen and Kate Nash.

Through her love of honest music, matched with a pulsating bass and provoking melodies, VEI has hit upon a strikingly unique and winning combination.

2017 promises to be an interesting period for VEI – keep your eyes firmly peeled.

Written with, and produced by Mike Chapman and Simon Pilton.

With a blast of thought provoking hard rock, Stoke natives Alter Eden have just released the second single 'Tigers & Lambs'. The track is taken from their new EP (of the same name) which is set for release on 17th February 2017.

Tigers & Lambs tells the story that many of us can relate to, how the weight of life can take away the excitement that comes through new experiences.
