The Y Axes who are based in San Francisco, USA.

Originally starting out as a side project when guitarist Devin and vocalist Alexi got together to finish some unused ideas, they soon decided to form a band when they discovered they wrote very efficiently together.
After performing their debut gig at a birthday show called Space Prom which has since become an annual event, The Y Axes shortly began recording their first full length album titled Sunglasses & Sola Flares.  The interest gained from it has already seen them invited to perform at a large number of venues in their area not to mention a selection of live acoustic shows on various radio stations which has helped increase their following.
Described as being a unique amalgam of anachronistic sound, you can find further information on The Y Axes by visiting their website www.facebook.com/theyaxes and www.theyaxes.bandcamp.com

Summer release date TBC
Dutch superstars Quintino & MOTi bring you the massive “Dynamite (Boom)” featuring the distinctive vocals of rising US talent Taylr Renee - best known for her collaboration with Axwell & Sick Indivuals on “I AM”.
Hugely original and addictive, “Dynamite” is the most modern electro track we’ve heard in a while. Sticky beat patterns fuse with awesome synth riffs, an off-beat siren hook and chopped vocals to create a monster of a tune.
Early supporters of the track include Tiesto, Pete Tong, Danny Howard, Sander van Doorn, David Guetta, and Afrojack.
Due for UK release in the summer “Dynamite” is all set to blow up the dancefloor!

Be Like Pablo - Julianne - released June 16th 2014.
Geek Rock Strikes Back!
For fans of Weezer, The Cars, Fountains of Wayne, Silver Sun. Be Like Pablo are a noisy powerpop band from quiet, rural Scotland who make catchy pop songs with girl/boy harmonies, Moog synthesizers, noisy guitars and a healthy dose of nerdiness.
Self-labelled as ‘geek rock’, the band perform their music with never-ending enthusiasm and a punk rock sense of honesty.
Be Like Pablo was formed by brothers Ewen and Ross Watson and close friend Jamie Murphy who aimed to write the kinds of songs that they, as music fans, wanted to hear.
From classic pop of the 1960s to alternative college rock of the 1990s, the band have pulled their inspirations together into one consistent (and fun!) package.
Since their formation, Be Like Pablo have appeared live in session on BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio Scotland and have played throughout the UK, including performances at major UK Festivals: T in the Park; Wickerman; Rockness, goNORTH and the Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival.
Be Like Pablo released their debut album, The New Adventures, through London-based label Stray Cat Records in 2013.
The album received airplay from notable DJs such as Dermot O'Leary, Steve Lamacq, Ally McCrae, Jen Long and Vic Galloway.
This summer, the band will release The Post-it Song/Julianne (Double A Side Single) via Stray Cat supported by a UK-wide tour.

CORBU ‘Believe The Lie’
Released: 27th July
Super-talented Brooklyn five-piece Corbu are back with a new single “Believe The Lie”, the second track from their enchanting “We Are Sound” EP.
The single is a multi-layered piece of dream-pop heaven which builds and spins and spirals and drops beneath the beautiful, soulful vocal. Corbu’s sound is sun-drenched spacey electronica at its best - an abstract blend of acoustic guitar, tight drums and running bass.
Corbu’s first single “We Are Sound” grabbed the attention of taste-makers such as Radio 1’s Zane Lowe (who gave it its debut play just half an hour after hearing it for the first time) and Rob Da Bank, 6Music’s Don Letts and John Kennedy at Xfm. The Guardian named Corbu their New Band of the Day on March 31st. Mixmag’s Ralph Moore described them as “Bonkers, beguiling, brilliant.” NME Radar picked up on them and they created a buzz in the blogsphere.
As well as working on a second EP “Everything You Imagine is Real”, Corbu are currently sharing their psychedelic sunshine in a series of intimate gigs in and around NYC, which kicked off at Le Poisson Rouge. Their debut album is due out in early 2015.
