The Fuse who are based in London, England.

Promoted by Deuce in February 2013 to much acclaim, The Fuse now return with their new single Black Lion.
Previously known as Lato, the band has been through many highs and lows in their career ranging from being offered a $250,000 record deal in the USA which was dogged with deaths and affairs.  This finally resulted in the label going under and the band having to self- fund there own way home from America.
After deciding to make a fresh start, the band changed their name to The Fuse and released their debut album under the new name titled Freedom Of The City.  Since the album release, The Fuse have transcended from performing to 3 people at a gig in London, to supporting UB40 in Holland and Foreigner in Germany to thousands of people, as well as headlining a number of festivals in England and Wales over the past year.   In addition to this, they have also received over 50,000 plays on YouTube and other video platforms, with various radio stations around the world now picking up on their unique sound.
Further details on the forthcoming EP as well as information on a soon to be announced tour of Holland plus other gig dates can be found on their websites www.thefusemusic.com and www.facebook.com/thefusemusic

KIRSTY BERTARELLI TO RELEASE HER BRAND NEW SINGLE ‘THERE SHE GOES’
Impact Date: 21st July
From the album Indigo Shores released 9th June
Singer/Songwriter, Kirsty Bertarelli is releasing her brand new single, ‘There She Goes’ in June.
A heartfelt & melodic rocker, ‘There She Goes’ is a poignant tribute to the universal memory of that first taste of freedom as we grow up, and the importance of always staying young at heart and nurturing adventure, aspiration and dreams.
Kirsty began writing in the mid 90’s and her song “I wouldn’t wanna be” was a number one hit for the girl group All Saints under the title ‘Black Coffee’. After a hiatus away from music, during which time she dedicated herself to her family, she has come back with a fresh new collection of songs, each one brimming with evocative melodies, beautiful performances and sincere lyrics.
Kirsty is also an exuberant performer, as proven by both her support slot on the Simply Red farewell tour and her slot at the Montreux Pop Festival, and it is in the live environment that the songs really come to life.
The single is taken from the album 'Indigo Shores' which takes listeners on a voyage of discovery that echoes Kirsty's own travels through life, providing stunning imagery for songs that embrace universal emotions.
The album is out now via Decca Records and Kirsty joins a long and distinguished roster of artists that have worked with Decca since it began.

DOBIN – ‘Day of Surrender’

Release Date: 11th August, 2014

What does a Russian music school student, who became a doctor of “Onco Gynecology”, do when he decides to change career out of frustration? Go back to his roots and love of Rock, of course!

Russia is spawning some amazing talent, and there’s none better than Rock guitarist Dobin (pronounced Doabin).

His sound is huge, but it also has a groove and an intimacy that envelopes you in a variety of musical styles. His four track debut EP “Day of Surrender” echoes the diversity of unusual rock tones, bringing in an uncanny, yet alluring weight to bear on the ears.

Tracks were all mixed in the UK by Grammy award winner Simon Gogerly (U2, No Doubt, Underworld and Paloma Faith) and mastered at the legendary Abbey Road Studios!

Dobin’s debut tracks bring a breath of fresh air to a stuffy, congested room of agonizing indie rock, with an added mix of grunge, electronica and post-punk; all topped off with a taste of 60's-esque psychedelia.

Andreas S Jensen - Take My Heart and Go - released June 30th
Andreas S Jensen is a London based singer-songwriter, producer and musician best known as the writer/remixer of Armand Van Helden's Radio hit "My My My”, and for playing guitar in the Dub Pistols.
Andreas recently released his debut EP Disconnected. It has already been supported by Tom Robinson on his BBC 6 Music Mixtape show.
With focus on strong songwriting and with a personal vocal style, Andreas writes catchy, alternative pop songs with inspirations from artists like: David Bowie, Tom Petty, Fleetwood Mac, Lou Reed, Elliot Smith, Bob Dylan, The Doors, Johnny Cash, The Zombies, Pink Floyd etc....
Andreas plays live solo, as a duo (cello/guitar), and with a four piece band featuring, bassist/backing vocalist Chloe Treacher (The Irrepressibles, Uncle Bob), drummer Ollie Hipkin (Silk Tonque Gamblers), and guitarist Ben Ferrari.
Andreas moved to London from his native Denmark in 1998, and started working as a session player with the band Dweeb (Blanco Y Negro/Warner Bros), however he soon got involved in writing and production and signed a publishing and management deal with Wise Buddah Music, which lasted four years.
As part of the writing team The Funktuary, Andreas co-wrote, did additional production and put together the Radio Edit/remix of Armand Van Heldens club classic "My My My" -the second most played song on Radio One in 2006.
Andreas then joined reggae/break beat/Drum and Bass pioneers Dub Pistols, who he still gigs with.
in 2011 Andreas started visiting the Austin,Texas based House Of Songs; a collaboration project supported by songwriting collection societies from around the world.
Andreas' solo debut ep Disconnected was released in late January 2014, featuring three songs written and partly recorded at the Austin retreat in collaboration with local writers.
Take My Heart and Go will appeal to fans of Bowie and Lennon.
Andreas says "Take My Heart And Go is a song about how it feels going to your ex-girlfriend's party, still feeling raw and fragile searching for the flame when she seemingly has moved on. A pop song wrapped in a Lloyd Cole, Edwyn Collins style production."
With lush strings and a haunting melody, it's sure to leave an impression that will linger inside like a love lost.
With new tour dates for 2014 to be announced soon, be sure to look out for Andreas Jensen at a venue near you.

LUCY KITCHEN - WAKING - ALBUM 28.03.14

Waking is the brand new album from UK folk singer-songwriter Lucy Kitchen. Kitchen crafts haunting and delicate songs, written of her own experiences, loves, desires and life.

From the opening picked guitar of title track ‘Waking’ (literally written in that time between sleep and waking, "when I opened my eyes, it was there" she says), to the country-tinged love song ‘Here’, through ‘Autumn’ (a lament for summer), ‘Blue Eyes' with its lush cello to the laid back, string soaked ‘Tide’, this is an album to close your eyes to and just take it in.

The songs were recorded as a live performance of guitar and vocals and then embellished with flute, glockenspiel and other instruments. Kitchen says "I wanted the intimacy of a live performance and to capture the songs as a whole." Recorded with her good friend Toby Vane of Zanzibar Productions, Kitchen plays and sings guitar, flute, glockenspiel, melodica and percussion.

Lucy Kitchen is a Southampton based singer-songwriter, a self-confessed ‘folky bird’ who cites influences from the likes of Joni Mitchell, Mazzy Star, Laura Veirs, Bon Iver, Neil Young and Nick Drake.

'Beautiful and haunting melodic folk.' (ChiLIVE)

‘Kitchen's voice has an arresting quality. Her voice promises a deepening melodic timbre. Her emotive capture is gorgeous.’ (St Paul’s Lifestyle)

'The hype is to be believed; this is a solid performance of beautiful folksy songs borrowing heavily from old traditional balladry. You could hear a pin drop in the tent if the floor wasn’t made of grass as delicately picked guitar accompanies a sure but sultry vocal.' (Folk and Tumble)
