TILIA RELEASES NEW SINGLE ‘GOLDEN’
Emotive folk-pop song is taken from upcoming new album ‘Pattern’
Swiss singer-songwriter Tilia will release Golden, the lead single from her new LP Pattern, on Friday 11th November. The dreamy slice of autumnal folk-pop showcases soulful vocals & the Tilia’s talent for lush acoustic-driven soundscapes.
There's a huge amount of space and playfulness in the music of Tilia. Like all good singer-songwriters, she delivers the soundtrack for moments in life that feel significant, and moments that are enhanced by the right soundtrack. Golden walks the line between adventure and comfort, with banks of acoustic picking and her soothing vocal offset by searching lyrics and stabs of driving electric guitars.
Since the release of Tilia's debut album Focus in 2014, the 30 year-old has been celebrating several achievements. Her singles Head Over Heels and Igor were radio hits in her homeland, while she also picked up radio airplay with various large German radio stations. For her new material she teamed up with producer Reto Peter (Green Day, Counting Crows) in San Francisco, who added a radio-friendly gloss to her instinctive songwriting. The release of Golden should transform Tilia from a celebrated newcomer to an established artist.
Tilia will be playing shows in support of the new single and album this winter and next year. For more info, head to tiliamusic.com

One of 2014’s biggest breakthrough artists Milky Chance are set to return spectacularly with new track 'Cocoon’ - possibly their catchiest song yet - but before that fans must help to unveil the single's artwork to gain an exclusive listen before the track’s launch on November 11.
Those wishing to gain an early listen to ‘Cocoon’ need to head to the band’s official website www.milkychance.net where visitors will be able to help unveil the track’s artwork, pixel-by-pixel. Only once the artwork is fully revealed will the song be available for play - ahead of its official release date.
‘Cocoon’ is the first track to follow up from one of the most successful debut albums of 2014, ‘Sadnecessary', which featured the international smash 'Stolen Dance’ - one of the Top 20 most Shazam-ed tracks in history - and consequent hit singles 'Down By The River' & 'Flashed Junk Mind’. A truly modern musical success story, the young German duo headlined gigs all over the world, including a sold-out UK tour which included two nights at Shepherd’s Bush Empire and three sold-out US Tours comprising more that 60 dates in total.
Milky Chance, comprised of Clemens Rehbein and Philipp Dausch, explain that ‘Cocoon’ came from a period of reflection on the runaway success of their first album. As its name and sound implies, the track also brings forth a palpable sense of returning to a place of serenity. Or in Clemens own words “trying to find a place where you can be yourself and not be distracted; to slow down and reflect on yourself.”

Singer/songwriter from Winchester UK.
Over the last twenty years I've supported some of the best UK singer/songwriters including Boo Hewerdine, Emily Barker, and Amy Wadge. I have been called a poet and passionate, and likened to Neil Young and David Gray. Of my album '11:59' Verity Sharpe (Radio 3 Late Junction) said "I love it".
Currently putting together a UK tour of rural halls in a search for intimate experiences in intimate spaces.
Solo Dance is a blissed-out track, drenched in layers of indie dance female vocals that build to a powerful crescendo.
The stomping house feel takes one of his trademark pitch-bending resampled riffs and twists it over on-beat piano chords and effervescent percussion, all packaged together in his deliciously pristine production style.
The strong songwriting has tinges of folk in the verses, and the contrasts between these mellow sections, the energy-lifting choruses and the pumping drops makes for a serious addictive listen.
Jensen is truly an artist of his era who utilises social media to create an ongoing dialogue with his fans which feeds directly into the sound of his productions.
After scoring a huge viral success with his clever use of a Cristiano Ronaldo vocal snippet in last year’s Sí, he continued to search for unusual hooks and asked his audience to help him choose between 35 different ideas so far.
His last single, the huge All I Wanna Do, quickly became a key summer anthem, with more than 50 million streams in total and double Platinum certification in Sweden and Platinum in Holland and Denmark.
With over 16 million YouTube views to his name and over 2 million Facebook likes, he has amassed a huge following over the course of just four stellar singles.
He also became the first Dane in nine years to be voted into the DJ Mag Top 100, the prestigious fan-voted poll ranking the world’s favourite DJs.
